Do you sew? We need Medical Exam Gowns...
CAST-CAC provides free, professional services for child abuse survivors referred to us by Law Enforcement and/or Child Protective Services following a report of suspected abuse.
The gowns will be used when a child receives a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners Exams or Non-Acute Medical Exam. These exams allow documentation of abuse that is admissible as evidence when the case goes to trial.
* Donation Receipt: We will provide an In-Kind donation receipt. (Receipts for your purchase costs are requested or we can assign an estimated value.)
* Donation Drop Off: Donations can be dropped off at the CAST-CAC office closest to you. (Visit: www.castcac.org for office locations.)
* Sizes: We need all sizes, toddler to adult (for our youth/teens). Please feel free to choose what sizes you wish to donate.
* Fabric: We do ask that the fabric designs are kid friendly, keeping in mind that we have boys and girls receiving exams.
